Thank you for shopping with Blaze Frequency. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

During high order volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 3 to 7 business days
International: 7 to 21 business days depending on location

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the site.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Incorrect Address

Blaze Frequency is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double check your shipping information before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Blaze Frequency is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package appears missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional help is needed, you can reach out to our support team.

7. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays outside of our control.

8. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances such as carrier issues, holidays, weather, or customs processing.

Blaze Frequency is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.
