1. Final Sale Policy
All purchases made through Blaze Frequency are final sale.
We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, the transaction is considered fully processed and non reversible.
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds or Returns
Blaze Frequency operates on a made to order and limited release model to ensure quality control, reduce waste, and maintain the integrity of each drop.
Each item is produced specifically for the customer or released in limited quantities, which means we are unable to restock or resell returned items. This approach allows us to focus on intentional design, consistency, and exclusivity while minimizing unnecessary production waste.
Because of this model, all sales must remain final.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis.
If there is an issue such as a sizing problem or a fulfillment error, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Approval for any exchange is not guaranteed and is determined solely by Blaze Frequency.
If approved, exchanges will only be provided for the same item or a comparable replacement, depending on availability.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to our error, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To review your case, we require:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item received
- Description of the issue
If approved, a replacement may be issued. Refunds will not be provided.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, including size, color, and shipping information, before completing their purchase. Blaze Frequency is not responsible for errors made at checkout.
6. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs are outside of our control.
